Which of these activities appeal as a daytime class?

Tai Chi & Chi Gung

Stick & Knife (Filipino Weapons/Kali)

Shiatsu Massage Class (you need something to lie on like a futon mattress/camping mattress/thick yoga mat is a stretch)

Do you have a preference in terms of the group of people you are participating in the activity with
